Male patient presented in ER with severe abdominal and back pain for several days. Scanned with a GE VCT, AAA protocol.

Radiologists Impression:
Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm with evidence of ruputure of the aneurysm with hematoma in the left lower peritoneum.
There is also evidence of a mass at the lower pole of the left kidney.
