  1. I am a CT Technologist at Health Sciences North and an Educator in our Radiolgy Program at Collège Boréal situated in Northern Ontario, Canada. Thank you for these amazing case studies. They are a great teaching tool, as well as continuing education for myself.

    • Angele,
Thank you for your comments on my case study. Hope to have more in the future, and that you found it to be educational.
I try to keep up with this blog, but all my work goes into my website . I’m working on some new cases to share.

      • Is CT a good field to go into? I’m having to choose my modality at the end if this semester. I am leaning toward CT.

      • Terina,
Yes CT is the fastest growing modality in the radiology field, and will continue to grow in the future. I would suggest learning as much as you can about the field, as a student. I’m sure you have probably done rotations in CT, learn as much as you can from the techs, ask questions, and be sure if this what you want to do after graduation. As a 44 year veteran in the radiology field, I found the 20 years I worked in CT the most rewarding in my career. I wish you the best in your radiology career, and if you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to email me at
